20th anniversary special event
How to Make Optimism a Habit
with guest teacher, Kadam Bridget Hayes, NKT National Spiritual Director for the UK
- Saturday, 15th March, 10am- 11:15am -
About this event
Our outlook on life isn’t set in stone at birth.
Buddhist meditation provides tools everyone can use. Gently applying these techniques helps us move our mindset until, ‘glass half full’ becomes our normal way of thinking. However Buddhist meditation goes beyond wishful thinking, showing us practically how to apply our optimistic outlook to life’s challenges, transforming them into opportunities for personal growth and happiness.
This event will include guided meditation and an uplifting, practical talk on this topic.
Everybody is welcome!
